Hire FAQs
How long is a hire period for?
Generally your hire goods would be dropped off the day before you event taking place and picked up the following day we do however offer longer hire periods and same day drop off and pick up. Please send us an enquiry to discuss your hire further.
Do you offer your services outside of normal business hours?
Yes we certainly do, please contact us to discuss this option further.
Where are you located?
Our head office is located in Melbourne, and we also have a location in Sydney, New South Wales. We also provide hire services across Queensland, Victoria, and South Australia. Please send us an enquiry to find out how we can assist you.
Can we pick up our hire goods ourselves?
Yes providing you have the correct transport this can be an option please contact us to discuss this further.
Which states do you provide hire services in?
We offer hire services from our head office in Melbourne and our location in Sydney, NSW. We service Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales, and South Australia. If you're outside these areas, please get in touch to see how we can assist you.
Are your products Australian Made?
Most of our products are proudly manufactured right here in Lilydale, Victoria, at the bottom of the Yarra Valley. However, some of our hire items are sourced locally whenever possible, to maintain our high-quality standards.
Do you have a minimum order?
No! No order is too small or too big!
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your hire items.
Do you set up the equipment?
Certainly, we will handle the placement of your hired items. Please ensure you have their placement planned, as we only position them once.
What if there is loss or damage to the hire equipment?
In case of lost or damaged equipment, the client is responsible for covering all costs. For comprehensive hire conditions, please refer to our terms and conditions.
