Event hire services are directly operated out of our main locations in Melbourne and Sydney. From our Melbourne and Sydney hubs we actively service major events throughout Queensland, ACT and South Australia.
Can I customise the furniture I hire?
Yes, you can customise your hire products. We offer a diverse range of tailored solutions specifically designed to align with corporate branding, or public festival themes.
How far in advance should I book event hire?
- Standard & Small Events (4–6 Weeks Out): For typical backyard birthdays, local park gatherings, or small private parties, you should book at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance.
- Peak Seasons (3–6 Months Out): If your event takes place during busy spring and summer months (prime time for Australian outdoor functions), scale your planning back 3 to 6 months.
- Weddings & Corporate Functions (3–6 Months Out): To secure specific matching aesthetics, large quantities of uniform seating, or modular pallet lounges, aim for a 3 to 6-month buffer.
- Large Public Festivals & Custom Orders (6+ Months Out): Major festivals requiring extensive commercial setups, or corporate clients needing fully wrapped and custom-branded graphics, should contact us as early as possible.
If your timeline is tight, contact us to check for inventory availability. We will always try to accommodate last minute adjustments to existing orders (such as adding extra tables closer to the date) provided we have stock on hand.
Do you provide setup and collection services for event hire?
YES, delivery, complete on site setup, and post event collection are standard components in our event hire service.
- Delivery: Our crew handles all transport from our primary hubs directly to your event venue or public site across Victoria, New South Wales, Canberra, Queensland, or South Australia.
- On-Site Setup: The team unloads and positions the furniture according to your exact floor plan or layout specifications.
- Post-Event Collection: Once your function finishes, our staff returns to the venue to pack down, reload, and clear the site.
